Adobo Movement evite

Just a few days ago, I had the privilege to attend and taste not one, not two but at least 14 different types and cooking preferences of the ADOBO! What a cool and yummy adobo feast right? The objective of the event initiated by Nutri Asia’s Datu Puti and Mercato Centrale is for us blogger’s to vote and come up with the Blogger’s Choice Award of the best adobo taste and presentation out of the delicious finalists.
Dadding’s Kitchenette Adobong Ensalada. A savory salad of Adobo flakes, red egg and ripe mangoes.
Dayrit’s Pork Adobong Laing Pinangat won the Datu Puti Adobo Challenge.  What Chef Miguel Dayrit was combine Pork Adobo and Laing Pinangat. Two Filipino favorites, Adobo and Laing, in one unique and flavorful dish. And it worked like magic! You would be surprised this award-winning dish is not yet even part of the resto’s regular menu. Hopefully very soon! ☺

Here were some of the snap shots of that delish event and how yummy successful it turned out to be.
