When I first entered the call center industry a decade ago, DELL was one of my first accounts for Teleperformance. We took orders from customers who wanted to purchase a desktop package with
printers together with it’s other partner brands. So in my opinion, Dell has always been a trend setter and I’m in love with their monitors and sleek laptops even up to this very day.
Just recently, many thanks to the kind invite of a PR friend Ms. Sheila, I got reunited again for Dell this time with its Solutions Tour 2015 held at SMX in SM Aura attended all over by the IT community.
Dell flew in some of its top executives in the Asia Pacific Region to discuss what was in store for this year’s solutions tour. Led by Dell Philippines, Country Manager Christopher Papa, it was a rare moment meeting:
Chin Wah Mak, General Manager, Enterprise Solutions
Business, Dell South Asia; ; Tian Beng Ng, Managing Director, South Asia &
Korea and Vice President, Commercial Channels, Asia Pacific
Japan, Dell; Harjeet Singh Rekhi, General manager, Client Solutions
Business, Dell South Asia
It was also awesome meeting Jonathan Avila, Dell Monitor Ambassador who shared his experience using Dell’s monitors and other programs related to his photography business.
And here are the most important information you needed to know.
