38th Milo Marathon – Manila Prelims A Blast!

I salute all the finishers and podiumers of the 38th MILO Marathon Prelims held this morning July 27 at Mall of Asia grounds. So envious looking at the pic since I was not there to run. My last MILO  Marathon was in 2012.
MILO Marathon has been an institution for the past 38 years in the field of building running champions and lovers of the sport of running…42K is not an easy distance to conquer. It’s not for the weak. If you lack the training and preparation don’t expect for a great PR. The 21K half is as challenging as well and is so far the distance I have conquered until this day — the MILO way…

To good friend, Coach Rio dela Cruz, MILO Marathon endorser and race director, and RunRio Team, congrats for another successful staging of the preliminations.
The Finals will be held this December and congrats to all who have so far qualified to run another 42K come year end.
Congrats to all my runner friends who ran different distances from 5K to 10K, 21K and 42K. Rest and recover well guys and gals! You all did it again!
